The Evening will take place in Exeter.

Join us for a drinks reception and a 3-course meal followed by coffee at the beautiful, Great Hall at Exeter University.

Following the main event, we would like to invite guests to join the afterparty, details of which will be announced shortly.

The formal black-tie event will take place over 3 parts of the evening;

6pm - Arrival Drinks at The Great Hall

7pm - Dinner service begins with a sit-down 3-course meal accompanied by tea&coffee.

Starter

Pea and mint falafel, tabbouleh and houmous, served with toasted flatbread. (Vegan)orBeetroot cured salmon, pickled cucumber, pea shoot and radish salad, served with a horseradish crème fraiche

Main

Hoisin maple glazed tofu, stir fried vegetable and noodles with a chilli, kaffir lime and cashew nut crumb (Vegan)orRoasted rump of lamb, served with fondant potato, seasonal vegetables, lamb jus and chive oil

Dessert

Seasonal Eton mess, crushed meringue, fruit and citrus whipped cream

11:30pm - The Ceremony finishes and we invite guests to join us for more drinks, music and networking.

All Tickets must be pre-booked, no tickets are available at the door.

Dress code: Black-Tie, cocktail dresses or gowns.
